About the Therapist
In my practice, I prioritise creating a genuine connection built on trust and empathy. As a person-centered therapist, I believe in your inherent capacity for growth and healing. I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your concerns, whether you're navigating questions of sexual or gender identity, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal development.
I'm experienced in working with diverse individuals and couples, including those who identify as LGBTQ+ and those who don't. I have a deep understanding of the challenges and strengths that come with neurodiversity, and I'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals to embrace their unique way of being in the world. I believe that difference is a source of richness and resilience, and I'll work with you to explore the meaning of your own unique experiences and identity.
My approach is inclusive and adaptive, honoring your individual needs and preferences. I'm committed to creating a therapeutic environment where you feel empowered to make choices that align with your values and goals. My own experiences with neurodiversity and my commitment to spiritual exploration through yoga have enriched my understanding of the human experience and allow me to connect with you on a deeper level.
I'm a member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical guidelines, ensuring a professional and confidential therapeutic relationship. If you're looking for a therapist who will truly listen and support you on your journey, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to live a more fulfilling life.

We all have a story to tell, and I'm here to listen to yours. I'm fascinated by how our identities are shaped by our experiences, our cultures, and our own unique journeys. I've even co-written a research study on identity that was presented at the 2023 International BACP Research Conference!
This passion for understanding, along with my background in the vibrant world of fashion, allows me to connect with younger people who are exploring their place in the world and working on their self-esteem. I've also pursued further training in areas like ADHD, trauma, and grief, which helps me better support young people facing a range of challenges.
I believe in celebrating individuality and embracing all facets of the human experience – the biological, emotional, psychological, and social – because it's all part of what makes you, you.
