About the Therapist
Are you looking for a therapeutic space where you feel deeply understood from the very start? My practice is built on providing an integrated and affirming approach to well-being, especially for the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
I’m Gabriel (he/they), a queer and neurodiverse Person-Centred counsellor. My focus is on offering a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world. My own lived experience often helps in building a genuine and immediate connection.
My background in creative fields gives me a unique insight into the importance of self-expression and the courage it takes to forge an unconventional path. This perspective enriches my ability to support you in a modern and responsive way. I offer compassionate support for challenges including anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, work stress, and trauma. My goal is to help you re-build the bridge between simply existing and truly living.
