About the Therapist
I believe in the power of a warm, accepting space for healing and growth. As a person-centered counsellor and psychotherapist, I offer that to LGBTQ+ individuals. I'm a BACP member with a Level 5 qualification in counselling, and a member of the Psychologist Protection Society, which means you can trust in my professional commitment and ethical practice. I understand the nuances of sexual and gender identity, relationships, and personal development, and I'm passionate about supporting you on your journey. My personal experiences with neurodiversity, spiritual exploration, including my yoga practice, and an openness to the diverse ways people experience relationships, love, and commitment enrich my ability to connect with you on a deeper level. Let's create a space where you feel truly seen and understood.

My passion for counselling stems from a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of LGBTQI+ individuals. Through volunteer work with NHS/Fasttrack Cities, I gained firsthand experience supporting diverse members of our community. My research on masculine identity, presented at the 2023 International BACP Research Conference, deepens my understanding of the complexities of gender and identity. This, combined with my commitment to ongoing learning and my own journey of self-discovery, allows me to offer a deeply compassionate and relatable therapeutic experience.
