About the Therapist
In a world that doesn't always understand, finding a therapist who truly gets you can make all the difference. As a gay and neurodiverse therapist, I offer a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals to navigate life's challenges and celebrate their unique identities.
Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or the unique challenges of ADHD. Maybe you're healing from past trauma, navigating recovery, or seeking support for intense emotions. Whatever your journey, I'm here to listen without judgment and help you find your own path toward healing and wholeness.
My person-centered approach means you'll always be at the heart of our work together. We'll build a relationship based on trust and mutual respect, where your experiences and perspectives are honoured. I'm a member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring a safe and confidential therapeutic experience.
My own experiences with neurodiversity, spiritual exploration, and diverse relationship styles have deepened my empathy and understanding. I believe in the power of connection and creating a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Let's connect and start your journey toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

My passion for counselling stems from a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of LGBTQI+ individuals. Through volunteer work with NHS/Fasttrack Cities, I gained firsthand experience supporting diverse members of our community. My research on masculine identity, presented at the 2023 International BACP Research Conference, deepens my understanding of the complexities of gender and identity.
This, combined with my commitment to ongoing learning – including specialised training in areas like ADHD, trauma, and grief – and my own journey of self-discovery, allows me to offer a deeply compassionate and relatable therapeutic experience. At the heart of my practice is the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I'll provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your experiences, connect with your inner wisdom, and discover your own path toward healing and growth.
