I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP Accredited Course: 141577/1597) and am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP). Experience and approach:

We all have a story to tell, and I'm here to listen to yours. I'm fascinated by how our identities are shaped by our experiences, our cultures, and our own unique journeys. I've even co-written a research study on identity that was presented at the 2023 International BACP Research Conference!

This passion for understanding, along with my background in the vibrant world of fashion, allows me to connect with younger people who are exploring their place in the world and working on their self-esteem. I've also pursued further training in areas like ADHD, trauma, and grief, which helps me better support young people facing a range of challenges.
