About the therapist:

My name is Gary Albert. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist, Systematic Kinesiologist and Sexological Bodyworker. I train with the School of Somatic Sexology under Kian de la Cour, the UK's ACSB-recognised certification programme. I have over a decade of therapeutic experience. My own journey through compulsive sexual behaviour, shame and disconnection from my body is what led me into this work. I understand the territory my clients navigate because I've walked it myself. That lived experience shapes every session alongside my professional training and clinical skills.

Experience and approach:

My work is rooted in the Erotic Evolution Method, an integrated approach that addresses sexual healing from three angles simultaneously. Sexual Subconscious (using Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy to uncover and reprogram the beliefs driving patterns), Sexual Somatics (body-based practices including breathwork, conscious touch and nervous system regulation) and Erotic Rewiring (working with fantasies, desires and erotic energy as tools for self-understanding and transformation). I draw on Taoist erotic practices, the Wheel of Consent (Dr Betty Martin), Focusing (Eugene Gendlin) and Clean Language (David Grove). My work is sex-positive, shame-free and grounded in the ACSB code of ethics.
