Gender exploration is an adventure, and counselling can be a part of that process. Whether it feels like Elphaba’s journey – misunderstood, pushing against norms, carving out space to exist authentically – or Galinda’s – searching for transformation, connection, and a new sense of self I believe that finding yourself isn’t about following a predetermined script. It’s about unfolding your narrative, discovering the language that resonates, and embracing every piece of who you are, even the parts that feel uncertain.

The world today is constantly trying to stop us from trying to connect with who we truly are. Does it feel like t would be easier to defy gravity than to live authentically? You are not alone! I offer a space where you won’t be handed rigid labels or expected to fit into a mould. In stead, we will – together - explore and help you find what feels true and affirming at your own pace. The world may try to dictate who you should be, but here, you get to decide.
