About the therapist:

I am an open and inclusive therapist, working with adults across the various spectrums of life and experience. No matter your gender, sexuality, neurodiversity, relationship type, heritage or cultural background - people from all areas of life are very welcome.

As well as being a therapist, I have worked in high pressure environments, so I understand how workplace pressures and the environments themselves do not always support a positive, mentally healthy approach, especially for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. This is an area of particular interest for me, so if you are looking to explore issues related to this or other concerns, I can support you in this.

Because life is not predictable you could be seeking counselling for all sorts of reasons. Whether you're facing anxiety, ADHD or other neurodiversity, low self-esteem, workplace stress, identity questions, grief and loss, or just need to talk so you can try and understand what's going on.

I offer a judgement-free therapeutic space where you can explore whatever it is that’s brought you to counselling, at your own pace.

A free, no obligation, 20 minute initial introductory call is offered to establish if we are a good fit to work together.

Following that I offer 50 minute sessions, once a week, at a rate of £50 an hour.

If you are in receipt of benefits or on a reduced income, please contact me for sliding scale fees.
