Greetings, I am a cisgender, Pansexual woman who always felt a bit out of place.

I am also neurodivergent, AuDHD to be exact. Square peg in a round hole anyone? Yes, that's how I always felt!

I invite you to come as you are, and I will welcome you in, gladly.

I provide a non-judgmental, confidential, and safe space supporting various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and identity work. And I have lived experience with all of these. I am very open to working creatively, including art, poetry, music and visual aids (cards/ buttons).

I am a qualified integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and an accredited member of NCPS with a main modality of Transactional Analysis.
