I have nearly 20 years experience of counselling and psychotherapy with adults and couples. Since working as a therapist, about half of my clients have been from a GSRD background. I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor accredited with UKCP, NCS, and registered member of BACP. I offer face-to-face psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and couples in Central London (W1W), as well as on the telephone and online via Skype & Zoom. I am also a supervisor at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in London Bridge., and in private practice.

I work in an Integrative way, my core training is in Psychosynthesis - a psychological approach that sees difficulties as opportunities and facilitates self-awareness, growth, and personal transformation.

I integrate my work with knowledge and experience of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.

I have worked in Primary Care, Private Practice and for various charitable organisations such as Opening Doors (London), SurvivorsUK, RNIB, Missing People, WHCM, Depaul Trust, and Training for Life.
