Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy. Individual and Couple Psychotherapy (also known as Couple Counselling) I believe sexual expression, sexual enjoyment, intimacy and meaningful relationships are integral elements of who we are. On many occasions we don’t talk about our problems and worries because of shame. Sex and Relationship Psychotherapy is a safe non-judgmental space where we explore and work together on those issues affecting your sexuality or your relationships. I am an Integrative and Relational Psychotherapist. I use and combine aspects from a range of therapeutic models, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, CBT and Person Centred with an intuitive, innovative approach and the use of creativity in my therapeutic work. Currently all sessions are online Experienced working with clients with different presentations and sex and relationship issues such as trauma, sexual abuse, shame, compulsive/unwanted sexual behaviour, internalised homophobia, issues specific to sexual diversity and sexual orientation (LGBTQI positive), ChemSex, HIV related issues, problems related to sexual arousal and desire and ageing. I am a fully qualified Psychosexual Therapist; I hold a Diploma in Integrative Psychosexual Therapy (COSRTaccredited training course) at The Centre for Psychosexual Health. I am an Accredited Member of COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) and I abide by its Code of Ethics and Practice.

There are many issues regarding sex, desire and relationships that we experience as problems and might struggle to solve. Many problems in life can also affect our sex life, intimacy and relationships. I provide individual and couple psychotherapy. Sessions are 50 minutes long. The first session is an opportunity for us to discuss the issues that you bring, how I can support you and decide together whether I am the right psychotherapist for you. By the end of the first session we will have an initial agreement about the therapy and number of sessions (this number can be changed later on accordingly). I provide both short term and long term therapy. Sessions can be either in English or in Spanish. Currently all sessions are online. Individual psychotherapy sessions   £90 Couple psychotherapy sessions      £120 I also provide a limited number of lower cost psychotherapy, please do not hesitate to contact me if you are on a low income or have temporarily been affected financially by the current exceptional circumstances.
