A safe, supportive space for your unique therapeutic process. Together we can explore what is on your mind, in an open, honest way that includes any aspects of your life and emotional world. My practice is inclusive and welcomes people from any background and life story.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means that we can work in a way that suits your individual needs. I combine a person-centred approach to empower you to go at your own pace in your personal growth in a non-judgemental environment, and a psychodynamic approach in which we can explore how your past experiences influence the present.

I have worked in music and arts education for 20 years and believe in providing a nurturing environment which encourages each person’s uniqueness and individual path.

I trained as a counsellor at the University of Westminster, graduating with a postgraduate diploma. I work as a volunteer counsellor at an LGBT+ charity in London. I am also one of the founders of the art+therapy collective Queer Spaces.

Experience and approach:

I am an integrative counsellor (MBACP, PG Dip), working 1-to-1 in person and online. I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from two main approaches:

Person-centred counselling, which empowers you to grow and heal at your own pace in a compassionate and non-judgemental environment.
Psychodynamic counselling, which helps us understand how past experiences may shape your present life and relationships.
GSRD informed practice - informed by my lived experience within the LGBTQ+ community and the issues and diverse aspects of the people who are part of it
Creative approaches - can be included in the therapeutic process, drawing on my experience as an arts practitioner, educator and facilitator.
