About the Therapist
I’m an integrative therapist (MA, MBACP) offering a holistic, trauma-informed, and embodied approach that supports both healng and growth. My work focuses on the mind-body connection and helps you move beyond anxiety, limiting beliefs, and old patterns toward greater self-understanding, authenticity, and confidence. For clients who have tried traditional psychotherapy and still feel something essential is missing, I offer a more embodied, relational, and integrative way of working.
My therapy sessions are affirming, judgment-free, and safe spaces for clients of diverse genders, sexualities, identities, relationships, lifestyles & practices, including those who are less visible, questioning, or outside traditional labels (e.g., bisexuality, fluidity). I honour and welcome the richness of neurodiversity, including highly sensitive people and those with sensitive nervous systems. I also support people who have already done talking therapy but are ready for deeper, embodied, and relational change.
I work with a wide range of issues and guide individuals on their self-development journey toward deeper connection, authenticity, and meaning. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or the trance of “not enough-ness,” struggling with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or low self-esteem. Together, we can calm your nervous system, uncover the roots of distress, and transform self-critical patterns into confidence and self-compassion.
I also support people healing from relational trauma and childhood wounds, including recovery from abusive or painful relationships. Our work can help you re-pattern old attachment styles, rebuild trust, and create a sense of safety and belonging.
One of my passions is helping individuals and couples build secure, growth-focused, and fulfilling relationships. Using evidence-based practices, I help you identify and shift communication patterns and explore the deeper dynamics, beliefs, and behaviours that keep you stuck in cycles of conflict, hurt, or disconnection. Through this process, we can move beyond triggers and fear into trust, emotional safety, intimacy, and connection—both with yourself and with others.

Regardless of what brings you to work with me, my passion is working in depth to find the underlying cause of someone’s trauma, lack of meaning, suffering or limiting beliefs. My approach is relational and client-led, meaning I can adapt my style to best meet your unique needs.
I support exploration, pleasure, and curiosity without pathologising or shaming desire. All sexual identities, desires, and kinks are welcome - including those that are fluid, invisible, or still evolving. Rather than viewing sexual desire, pleasure, or expression through the lens of shame, pathology, or “normal vs. abnormal,” I bring curiosity, openness, and respect for each person’s unique experience.
I am also a trauma-informed facilitator and guide in the field of personal transformation and healing, intimacy, embodiment, and relating. I have over eight years of experience with various modalities, including Tantra, Conscious Relating and Intimacy, Conscious Kink, Transpersonal Psychology, Embodiment and Bodywork Practices, Mentoring and different Self-Development modalities. I regularly participate in clinical supervision and postgraduate training, and workshops.
