About the Therapist
My intention is to offer a reflective and confidential space and relationship focused on safety, where you can slow down, where you can talk, think, feel and be however you want to be. Together we can work out what you might need from our time together and find ways for you to feel more fulfilled, authentic and at home in yourself and in your body.
I take a trauma-informed, consensual, anti-racist and anti-oppressive approach to my work. I hold in my awareness that our experiences and feelings are influenced by many psychological, biological and social factors including current and intergenerational cultural, racial, political and systemic oppression and trauma.
I hold respect, kindness and authenticity at the centre of my work and aim to provide an opportunity for you to take up space, to be seen and to be heard. Through the therapeutic relationship that we develop together and the tools that you can take from our sessions into other parts of your life, my hope and intention is that you can find healing.

I charge a sliding scale of £35-£65 per session depending on financial capacity. This allows me to offer accessible therapy whilst also ensuring the sustainability of my practice and appropriately valuing my time and professional abilities.
Based on principles of economic justice, the fee you pay is proportionate to what you have available to give. Those with more financial capacity support those with less capacity to access therapy. I do not ask for proof but do ask you to honestly assess what band you fit into. This sliding scale is based on the work of the Radical Therapist Network and the ‘Green Bottle’ sliding scale by Alexis J Cunningfolk.
Please read the descriptions of the bands below and choose the one that best matches your circumstances. If a third party, such as a parent, is paying for therapy, the rate is based on the third party’s financial capacity.
A: £65
- I am comfortably able to meet all my basic needs
- I am employed and/or have regular income
- I have access to financial savings, inheritance or assets passed down to me
- I have disposable income and do not often have to worry about money
B: £60
- I am comfortably able to meet my basic needs the majority of the time
- I am employed and/or have a regular income
- I may have savings or assets
- I have some expendable income
C: £55
- I may stress about meeting my basic needs but still regularly achieve them
- I have a regular income
- I don't have any savings
- I rarely have expendable income
D: (Concessionary Slots – 2 available) £35 – Priority given to POC/trans/disabled clients
- I often stress about meeting my basic needs and don't always achieve them

Please note that concessionary slots are in high demand and may not always be available. I also offer a limited number of fortnightly slots once we have been working weekly for a period of time and have established a therapeutic relationship.
I am happy to discuss any aspect of this scale and your personal financial situation in our sessions.
