I am trained in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, so bring a holistic approach to my work. I am influenced by my over 25 years of meditation and spiritual practice. As well as my training in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and energetic work. 

I work with clients who are looking for a way to deal with distress, or discomfort, and who want to find the courage to meet themselves, their life, and others. We do this through a variety of ways, exploring through talking, and also working creatively with objects, or role play, or working somatically developing awareness. My clients find my approach direct, welcoming, playful and kind.

I use somatic, creative approaches in my practice, as well as using a person centred, mindfulness based and Gestalt approach. During sessions I will be guided by what is coming up for you, and can offer body/movement based, and creative responses to explore together. My one guiding focus is helping my clients meet themselves, and their experience, and finding a way to welcome what arises.
