I am a relational, integrative supervisor.
As with my therapeutic practice, I believe that supervision is a relational process. The working relationship between supervisor and supervisee is not only vital to healthy, helpful supervision, it can also be the most useful lens through which to view supervisee-client relationships.
Having said that, I do love a bit of theory. And sometimes throwing several theoretical frameworks at the wall until one sticks can be just as helpful as it can be fun.

I'm a Registered (BACP) Accredited therapist with over three thousand hours’ experience working with adult individuals and couples.
I also hold a post-graduate certificate in supervision.
As well as my experience as a therapist, I also have have nearly thirty years’ experience as a manager, coach and mentor from my previous working life in big (and small!) business.
The working relationship is everything to me, and that's partly why I believe it can sometimes be helpful to work with someone who has similar lived experience. The postgraduate certificate in supervision that I hold specifically promotes a relational approach. More detail on the theoretical model that I'm trained in can be found here:

I offer LGBTQ+/GSRD affirmative counselling/psychotherapy supervision both face to face (in my Suffolk practice) and online.
