As a coach, I work integratively, drawing from psychology, behaviour change science, mindset work, emotional resosnance work and lifestyle optimisation. I also draw from practical therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. This means we can shape the process to suit your needs, whether you're focused on breaking habits, finding purpose or simply gaining clarity. I don’t believe in rigid formulas. Your coaching should reflect who you are and what matters to you.
I believe coaching works best when it's built on honesty, curiosity and collaboration. You’re the expert on your own life, and I’ll always respect your values, goals and pace.
As your life evolves, so can our work. Together we’ll keep adjusting the focus to make sure coaching continues to support you in the ways that matter most.
