About the Therapist
Whatever brings you to therapy, my aim is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace and in your own way. Together, we can work toward clarity, healing, and a deeper understanding of yourself, helping you make choices that feel authentic and empowering.

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and a Certificate in Counselling Skills, both from the University of Edinburgh.
I am an accredited registrant with the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).
I trained as a therapist following an academic career working in psychology and anthropology and have a range of qualifications in both.Â
I work in person-centred therapy, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to travel alongside you, offering a space of warmth, curiosity, and non-judgement where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we will create a therapeutic relationship that supports healing, self-discovery, and growth in a way that feels right for you.

I offer an initial session to meet and talk over what's brought you to therapy and see if we'd be a good fit. I charge £10 for that session. If we move forward to work together, I charge £60 per 50 minute session.Â
If you need to discuss lower costs, please let me know. I am able to reduce my fees for a limited number of clients.
