About the Therapist
In my practice, I had the opportunity to work with the queer community and to support many clients who had difficulties with identity, relationships, and intimacy. I have quite a lot of experience working with  queer people who have difficulties with anxiety, depression, intimacy, and substance misuse. Your sexuality, gender, and relationship choices might not be the main reason you're coming to therapy, and that's okay. However, I believe that even if we don’t focus on these aspects directly, it’s still important to consider how experiences like homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, sexism, or other forms of discrimination may have affected your sense of self. In a safe space, we can explore what these experiences mean to you and how they relate to other parts of your life.

I’ve worked within NHS talking therapy services and with various charitable organisations, supporting a diverse range of clients facing many different challenges
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing on Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Transpersonal traditions to meet you where you are. I work with clients by finding ways to listen differently to what feels broken—not just to fix it, but to hold its complexity without rushing toward clarity, and to sit with the discomfort of not knowing.
