About the Therapist
I am a registered member of the UKCP.Â
I hold a UKCP Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from CCPE (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education).
I support clients to find what feels right for them, reclaiming parts of identity that might have had to be silent about, feared, felt ashamed of and disowned, alongside celebrating aspects of the identity that we can be proud of but might not be given attention to.
I'm originally from Spain, but London has been home for the past 23 years.

My background is in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy, and I work with individuals using multiple therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Transpersonal.
In my practice, I had the opportunity to work with the queer community and to support many clients who had difficulties with identity, relationships, and intimacy. I have quite a lot of experience working with  gay men who have difficulties with anxiety, depression, intimacy, and substance misuse.
Your sexuality, gender, and relationship choices might not be the main reason you’re coming to therapy, and that’s okay. I respect your decision if you don’t want to focus on those topics, but they’re still important and worth considering. Experiences like homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, sexism, or other forms of discrimination can be tough and may have affected you in different ways. In a safe space, we can explore what these experiences mean to you and how they relate to other parts of your life.
