About the Therapist
I am a transpersonal integrative psychotherapist with a warm, supportive, and open approach. I provide a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients, helping them explore their emotions, heal past wounds, and reconnect with their true selves. My work is deeply rooted in inner child healing, and I integrate different therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with identity, relationships, or past experiences, we will work together to bring greater self-understanding, resilience, and emotional well-being. I support clients in finding what feels right for them, reclaiming parts of their identity that may have been silenced or shamed, while also celebrating aspects of their identity that they can be proud of but may not have given enough attention to.

In my practice, I had the opportunity to work with the queer community and to support many clients who had difficulties with identity, relationships, and intimacy. I have quite a lot of experience working with  queer people who have difficulties with anxiety, depression, intimacy, and substance misuse. Your sexuality, gender, and relationship choices might not be the main reason you're coming to therapy, and that's okay. However, I believe that even if we don’t focus on these aspects directly, it’s still important to consider how experiences like homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, sexism, or other forms of discrimination may have affected your sense of self. In a safe space, we can explore what these experiences mean to you and how they relate to other parts of your life. I bring an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Transpersonal perspectives. This means our work together is tailored to your unique experiences, whether you seek deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, or a stronger sense of identity. My aim is to provide a safe, affirming space where you can explore challenges with curiosity and compassion, empowering you to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
