About the Therapist
I hold a UKCP Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from CCPE (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education). I am a registered member of the UKCP and adhere to their ethical framework.
I support clients to find what feels right for them, reclaiming parts of identity that might have had to be silent about, feared, felt ashamed of and disowned, alongside celebrating aspects of the identity that we can be proud of but might not be given attention to.
Your sexuality, gender and relationship diversity may not present as the primary reason to come to therapy and I recognise your autonomy for it not to be a focus, though it may be worthy of consideration. Experiences of  homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, sexism or other oppressions can be traumatic and present as aspects of your journey that we might attend to. In a safe environment, we might explore their meaning for you and how they intersect with other aspects of your life.  Â

In my practice, I had the opportunity to work with the LGBTQ+ community and to support many clients who had difficulties with relationships and intimacy. I have experience working with clients who identify as queer, lesbian, gay, non-binary, asexual, sex workers, straight, or polyamorous. I have worked with a high percentage of gay men who have difficulties with anxiety, depression, intimacy, and substance misuse.
