Jay Treryth - Clinical Supervisor

I've been a counsellor for ten years and a supervisor for three. Professionally speaking I'm an integrative practitioner, meaning I'm up for working with counsellors of all styles and approaches.

I've been training counsellors and supervisors for the last six years, as well as being enormous fun, this makes me a better supervisor and counsellor, keeping me thinking, fresh and effective. It gives me a lot to offer someone who is looking for a supervisor.

I am so passionate about each person getting to live their own life, and to be their own person. I'm here to support you, your work and give you ideas, not to tell you what you have to do.

My approach includes talking therapy, creative work, mindfullness, somatic work and spitituality, all there for you to use to help you get what you need.

My professional life has been focused on working with people who feel pushed to the edges, including queer folk of all genders and experences, people with neurodiversity and anyone who has felt like the world just doesn't get them.
