I'm a guy in my 40s, I live with my husband and our cat down in the middle of Cornwall.

I love Cornwall, for the walking, the weather and the quiet.

My time is split between my private practice and my work training other counsellors.

My life experience has been shaped by growing up as Pan and Enby, even before I knew the words for these things. It's left me passionate about unfairness and empowering people, everyone deserves to have that in life.

Experience and approach:

I've been a counsellor for ten years and I love it. I promse to accept you as you are, for all your personality, hopes, fears and problems.

Once I qualified I continued my training with further qualifications that help me work with the more difficult things people experience, especially the stuff that happens when we're young and we're still working on years later.

I am so passionate about each person getting to live their own life, and to be their own person. As a counsellor it's my role and my joy to support you in deciding what that means.

My approach includes talking therapy, creative work, mindfullness, somatic work and spitituality, all there for you to use to help you get what you need.

My professional life has been focused on working with people who feel pushed to the edges, including queer folk of all genders and experences, people with neurodiversity and anyone who has felt like the world just doesn't get them.
