Jaye Donnellan - Supervisor
About the Therapist
I bring my full, imperfect, neurodivergent, queer self to the supervisory relationship. That means I offer an affirming space for therapists who don’t fit neatly into boxes. Whether you’re navigating private practice, burnout, identity, or just trying to show up with integrity in a profession that sometimes feels overwhelming I'll create a safe space for us to explore your client work.
Supervision with me is collaborative and relational. I won’t sit back and nod; I’ll be alongside you as you reflect, process, celebrate your wins, and explore your edges. You can expect curiosity, compassion, respectful challenge, and space for the emotional and systemic realities of being a therapist in a complex, challenging world that doesn't often fit for us, or our clients.
I know what it’s like to work in ways that feel non-traditional, whether that’s integrating parts work, adapting therapy to meet neurodivergent needs, or holding space for trauma with creativity and care. You’ll be met with openness and encouragement to work in a way that’s authentic to you whilst keeping you, and your clients, safe.

Alongside my supervision practice, I work as a humanistic and integrative therapist with individuals navigating trauma, identity, neurodivergence and relational wounds. I have particular experience supporting clients who’ve experienced domestic violence and sexual abuse, drawing from several years with Women’s Aid and continued work in private practice.
I integrate humanistic values with creativity, metaphor, and imagery. I’m also trained in EMDR and have a strong interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work, and working somatically or non-verbally when needed. As a supervisor, I welcome therapists from a range of modalities especially those integrating pluralistic, creative, relational, trauma-informed, or neurodivergent-affirming approaches.
I offer supervision both online (via Zoom) and in person near Arundel, West Sussex - depending on what works best for you.
Supervision with me includes space for you as a practitioner and a person. I recognise the emotional labour of this work, the ethical complexities we face, and the importance of a supervision space where you can feel seen, supported, and real.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation for us to meet, get a feel for each other, and talk through what you’re looking for in supervision. There’s no pressure to commit it’s just a chance to see if we’re a good fit.
Supervision sessions are £70 per hour. To meet BACP’s recommended supervision requirement of 1.5 hours per month, this is pro-rata’d to £105 per month. If your governing body has differing requirements, reach out and let me know, I am happy to offer flexibility to meet your needs.
I offer sessions online (via Zoom) or in person near Arundel, West Sussex. I currently work Monday to Thursday, 9am–3pm, and can offer some flexibility outside these hours by arrangement.
