Jenna Molloy
About the Therapist
I am a dedicated and compassionate queer counsellor with several years of experience in providing supportive and inclusive mental health care to the LGBTQ+ community. My mission is to create a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As a queer-identifying therapist, I understand the unique challenges and joys that come with navigating life as an LGBTQ+ individual. My approach is integrated and tailored to meet your specific needs, whether you're dealing with issues related to identity, relationships, mental health, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself. I hold a level 7 (Masters) and have extensive training in areas such as addiction, attachment, anxiety, depression, and fertility as an lgbtq+ member. My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from modalities like cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic, and Transactional Analysis as well as others. Beyond my professional qualifications, I am deeply committed to advocacy and community engagement. I actively participate in workshops, support groups, and outreach programs. I volunteer at Childline and a crisis centre. I'm here to listen, support, and empower you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. Let's work together to navigate the complexities of life and build a future that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I am also a relational counsellor meaning I can work with individuals, couples and polycules in the Paisley area and remotely online via Teams.
