Person-Centred counselling, is a modality that is geared to rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, it is about helping you discover your own solutions and strengths. I believe you are the expert in your own life, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.
My role is to guide and support you as you explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you gain clarity and confidence unlocking your potential by offering insight, support and practical tools.
I take a compassionate, empathetic approach to counselling, always respecting your pace and needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, trying to break free from old patterns, or simply looking for a supportive space to talk, I’m here to help. This approach is about empowering you to reconnect with your inner resources and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
