About the Therapist
Personal growth in counselling is a path where every step leads you closer to embracing your authentic self
Becoming our authentic self can feel like a lifelong journey, especially if we are neurodivergent or exploring gender and sexuality. Many of us have learned that we don’t quite fit or struggle to find a space to call our own. Understanding and accepting our true selves however can positively impact all aspects of our life.
As a late-diagnosed autistic person, I’ve experienced this first-hand and found deeper self-understanding through counselling. I love working with neurodivergent individuals, helping them explore their identity without masking or feeling out of place.
I also support those exploring their gender or sexuality in an affirming way. With both personal and professional experience, I understand the challenges clients face—especially when they feel they must educate the professional meant to support them. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly seen and understood.
Another area I’m passionate about is supporting women navigating menopause—a time of significant change that’s often overlooked. I deeply enjoy exploring this new chapter with clients, helping them understand and embrace the transition and what to expect next!
If you’re interested in working together, feel free to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if I’m the right fit for you.

Before becoming a counselor, I earned my BSc and MSc in psychology, which ignited my interest in understanding how we think, feel, and behave. I also gained valuable experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and neurodivergent clients, which has shaped my compassionate, individualized approach.
I am particularly passionate about supporting the queer community. My personal experience with a family member, alongside my professional work with transgender individuals, has given me a deeper understanding of the unique challenges that may arise. I have been privileged to work with a leading organization that helps trans youth and their families navigate the complexities of transitioning in today’s society, as well as with an exceptional queer counseling service in Gloucestershire that offers an inclusive, affirming space for clients to explore their sexuality and gender.
Whether you’re exploring your identity, grappling with societal pressures, or seeking a space where you can feel accepted and affirmed, I am here to offer empathetic and understanding support.
My approach is always customized to meet the needs of the individual, combining the following two therapies:
• Person-Centered Therapy – Creating a non-judgmental, empathetic space where you can explore and heal at your own pace.
• Psychodynamic Therapy – Helping you understand how past experiences and relationships may be impacting your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
