About the Therapist
I'm an 'integrative' psychotherapist working face-to-face in a quiet and private location 3 minutes walk from London Bridge station and online via Zoom with clients from all over the UK. I also offer face-to-face sessions in central Tunbridge Wells, in Kent.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling (and am in the final stages of an MA). This built on my Foundation Certificate. And that built on many years 'out there' in the world - in a career that involved listening to and understanding people, running training, mentoring and coaching the young people who worked with me.
Along the way came a period of intense personal turmoil around my own gender and sexual identity (I am a trans woman and am pansexual), through which I had to pull myself.
I bring both my life experience and my training to bear in the support I offer my clients.Â

I work with a wide range of people, from the LGBTQI+ community and from the cisgender/hetero world. I have experience of working with suicidal people and also spent years in voluntary advocacy and support roles for trans, non binary, gender questioning and gender expansive people. I've worked with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-worth, family and relationship tensions, abuse (emotional, psychological and sexual), bullying, emotional vulnerability and sensitivity, stress, gender and sexual identity and more. I've trained in a range of approaches and ways of thinking on which I can draw to find what's right for you. I'll spend a lot of time listening with empathy and - always working collaboratively with you to find what feels right - help you find a way forward.
At the root of my work is a commitment to help you find you and with it the strength and resilience that is inside waiting for you to tap. To live authentically and successfully with self-compassion and self-belief, guided by who you uniquely are.Â
