About the Therapist
I’m a therapist passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore who they are and what they need. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale, share openly, and feel truly understood. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique journey. I support LGBTQ+ individuals by embracing their authentic selves and finding confidence in their identities. Outside of my practice, I value creativity, connection, and lifelong learning. Above all, I’m committed to walking alongside you with warmth and understanding as you grow and heal.

After working in the media for over 20 years, I decided to follow my passion and retrain as a therapist. I wanted a career where I could make a real difference in people’s lives and create space for others to be truly heard. I’ve gained valuable experience working with Enfield LGBT Network and ELOP, supporting individuals through diverse challenges and journeys. My approach is simple: the sessions are for you and led by you. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow in a way that feels right for you.
