I am an integrative relational psychotherapist. This means I draw from multiple different approaches to best meet you with what you feel you need. An important principle is that our work together is a collaboration and always led by you. However, I will offer prompts, questions, reflections and challenges where appropriate. This will be with the aim of supporting you to explore yourself and what you are bringing to the session, and to help you find the answers and approaches which work best for you.

I have worked for two counselling services for LGBTQ+ people in Bristol. There are a great variety of experiences available to us and I try to reflect and celebrate this in my practice. My role is to get to know and understand you as an individual. In my training and my own therapy I have thought a lot about my background and personal characteristics and how these shape my identity and my responses to others. I welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures, ages, genders and sexual orientations - and people who may be exploring their identity. I am Queer and neurodivergent and have a particular interest in working with these communities.
My fee is £50 per weekly session, if you would like to see me fortnightly it is £65.
If you are on a reduced income and would struggle with this, please let me know.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone or Zoom call.
