About the Therapist
I approach my work with the belief that creativity and connectivity are at the core of the human experience. This makes them the heart of any therapeutic journey, starting with an alliance between us.
Offering an open, curious and confidential space, you can discuss whatever is on your mind. Your individual challenges, needs and aspirations will guide my approach. What is always foremost is how best to serve you in moving toward a deeper understanding and expression of your self.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Psychosynthesis Counselling from The Psychosynthesis Trust in London.
My work adheres to the ethical guidelines of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), of whom I am a registered member (MBACP 400926).Â
There are many ways people end up seeking help, from addressing a particular event or behaviour to a more general sense that things are not right. My practice covers mental health (such as depression and anxiety), sexuality and relationships, neurodiversity, addiction, loss, change and more. In the messy reality of life, these issues usually overlap.Â
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation if you would like to find out more. A first, initial 50-minute session, allows us to talk in-depth about what bring you to counselling now. This is my opportunity to find out about you and for you to see if the fit feels right.
Subsequent work is done though weekly 50-minute sessions, either online or in person. Once we agree and commit to a time and day, this space is yours to use as you would like.
Counselling can help with whatever you come with. As a transpersonal therapist, I believe it also points to new ways of being in the world. While focusing on your immediate needs, we'll stay mindful of anything your inner sense reveals about how life can become richer and more meaningful.
