About the Therapist
I know what it feels like to believe you don't belong.
There was a time in my life when I struggled deeply with my mental health, felt completely disconnected from myself and others, and could not imagine a future where things could be different. Therapy changed that. Having a space where I could be seen, heard, and accepted without judgement helped me rebuild a relationship with myself and ultimately transformed the course of my life. It is one of the reasons I became a counsellor.
As a proudly queer, neurodiverse therapist and someone who belongs to several minority communities, I understand the experience of feeling different, misunderstood, or on the outside looking in. Whether you are LGBTQ+, questioning your identity, exploring non-traditional relationships, navigating neurodiversity, or simply searching for a place where you can be fully yourself, I aim to offer a therapeutic space where you are genuinely welcome.
My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and accepted exactly as they are. I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and affirming environment where all sexualities, gender identities, relationship styles, and ways of being are respected.
Although my name may suggest otherwise, I was born and raised in the UK. Creativity has always been woven into the fabric of my life. Alongside my work as a counsellor, I am an artist, jeweller, painter, and photographer, and I continue to find meaning in making things with my hands. Before training as a therapist, I worked around the world in marine conservation as a divemaster, spending many years living by the sea. The ocean remains one of my greatest sources of grounding and perspective.
I gained my Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling from Iron Mill College and work from a person-centred, relational foundation, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each person's unique needs. People often describe me as gentle, empathic, and easy to talk to. Above all, I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection—one built on trust, compassion, and the understanding that nobody should have to face life's challenges alone.

Integrative counselling recognises that no two people are the same — and therapy should reflect that. Rather than following a single therapeutic model rigidly, integrative therapy draws from different approaches and theories to create something personalised to your needs.
Together, we can explore what feels most helpful to you.
I work in a collaborative and client-led way, meaning we move at a pace that feels right for you.
Together, we explore what you need from therapy, while creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted. Every intervention I offer is always an invitation, never an expectation. You know yourself better than anyone, and I will follow your lead as we explore your experiences.
