About the Therapist
I work in a collaborative way, where my clients and I make a team to achieve their goals.
When doing therapy, I pay special attention on how culture, and other external factor intervein on your current situation.Â

During my career I have gained experience working with people to overcome depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. I also have helped people who have experienced trauma, family problems, domestic violence, bereavement, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), behavioural problems, and attachment disorder.Â
I use different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I have special interest working with the LGBTQ+ community or allies.
When you contact me for first time, we usually will have a free pre assessment video call session to discuss your needs and have a general idea if I could be useful to you. If I think that I could help, we will start an assessment process which normally take a minimum of 2 sessions. This could be in person or online.
