About the Therapist
I qualified as a psychotherapeutic counsellor in 2016 and have over 2000 hours working with my clients. I have worked with LGBTQ* clients for a number of years.
Is there an area of your like that you are not entirely happy about? Talking to someone who is independent, impartial and empathetic can help you make sense of what is going on for you.
Whatever you are going through, whether it is Self esteem and confidence, anxiety, depression, bereavement or relationship and sex issues, talking can help you make the right decisions for you.
I have worked with anxiety, stress bereavement, depression, abuse (sexual, physical, emotional and financial), and addiction. My main interests and expertise are helping people through significant change, working to realise their potential and working towards self acceptance.
I am trauma informed as a Counsellor and we can explore different ways to reduce the emotional impact of traumatic events in your life.
I am also a practitioner of mindfulness and meditation and always endeavour to work holistically. I very much enjoy relating with clients from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I offer my clients strict confidentiality and a quiet and a comfortable place for self reflection.
