I am Dr Kaitlyn Hillier CPSYCHOL (BPS/HCPC/UK) offering a fully virtual, cross‑border practice serving adults in both the UK and Canada. I expanded my virtual‑only Canadian practice to include the UK, allowing me to work simultaneously across both jurisdictions.

My practice is rooted in an anti‑oppressive, queer‑feminist framework. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and with issues relating to sexuality, intimacy, kink, BDSM, polyamory, consensual non‑monogamy, and alternative sexual lifestyles. I have completed specialty training in sex therapy and integrate psychodynamic, humanistic, and relational approaches in my work.

I also work with dreams, symbolism, depth psychologies, relational trauma, identity development, self‑esteem, anxiety, depression, and grief. My approach centres on empowerment, authenticity, and freedom from marginalisation or judgement.

All sessions are delivered online or by telephone, Monday–Friday

I have experience working with anxiety, grief, depression, interpersonal-relational issues, intimacy, sexuality, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-awareness, and personality. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, freedom from judgement or marginalization, and empowerment.

I have experience working with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I have extensive experience working with issues relating to Sexuality and Alternative sexual lifestyles. I have underwent specialty training in sex therapy. I also have experience with dreams, symbolism, and depth psychologies.

I am psychodynamically aligned and am well versed in Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy in my practice. I use integrated models of psychodynamic psychotherapy, humanism, person-centered, feminist and affirming therapies.
