Kat Friel – Video Counselling
About the Therapist
I work collaboratively with clients to create a compassionate, non-judgemental space for exploring difficult emotions at your own pace. My approach is mostly person-centred, helping you feel safe and empowered to find your own solutions. I integrate other methods to meet your unique needs and have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and addiction. As a queer-friendly therapist, I strive to provide an inclusive and supportive space, welcoming diverse identities. I also aim to create an environment free from oppression and discrimination.
