Kath Gifford Counselling
About the Therapist
I work with people experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, low mood, and social anxiety, who are going through upheavals and transitions or feeling generally stuck in life. A more detailed list is below, but you don't have to have to be able to define exactly what's wrong to know things could be better and think counselling might help. When you feel you'd like to talk, I'm here to listen and, support your creative exploration of new possibilities.
My particular flavour of Gestalt therapy is closely aligned with my interest in music, arts, performance, and expression, supported by a regular breathwork and Chi Gung practice.
