I qualified as a Hypnotherapist in 2022, went on to gain my Psychology Msc in 2023 and am due to complete my Counsellor qualification in 2025.

As a queer neurodivergent person with a non-traditional spiritual path myself, and having been in non-monogamous relationships since 2019, I have been drawn to specialising in GSRD, neurodivergent, and spiritual clients.

Much of my hypnotherapy work is with habits and phobias. I also work extensively with anxiety and have experience working with OCD.

I have additional training in eating disorders, trauma, and dissociation amongst other areas. My yoga teacher training has given me an understanding of somatic and body work along with using polyvagal theory to work with the nervous system. I’ve also developed a practise of working with ancestral patterns.

Experience and approach:

My practise is integrative, and I work in a gentle, supportive way to help you look at the roots of your problem and create long lasting changes.

I work with gestalt, psychosynthesis, parts therapy, and transpersonal techniques in a person-centred way.

Each client’s needs are different and therefore so is their experience in hypnosis with me. Through my experience I have honed techniques and tools for working with diversity of minds and beliefs.
