What to Expect:
My approach is person-centred - during our first session you can expect to give me a brief overview of what has led you to counselling, and together we can set some therapeutic goals to work towards.
Therapy is collaborative but I will always work at your pace and be led by you.
I work with clients on short, medium and long term basis - this ranges from weeks (I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions) to several years for some clients.Â
