I have several years of experience supporting individuals and couples through issues such as anxiety, grief, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and low self-worth. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, focusing on LGBTQIA+, GSRD, and multicultural communities.
As an integrative therapist, I use a range of modalities tailored to each client’s needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, hypnotherapy, person-centred counselling, and humanistic approaches. Trauma-informed and culturally responsive principles also shape my work.
Sessions are available online, by telephone, and in-person at my South Shields practice, offering flexible access to support in a way that suits you.
