What matters most in therapy is the relationship between you and me. My job is to earn your trust so you feel comfortable bringing your full self to our sessions.

Everyone has the power they need within them, even if it's well hidden. I will believe in you even when you don't believe in yourself.

I will treat you as your own unique individual. No two clients are the same, so I will try to find out what you need and see what I can do to help. I don't expect you to conform to a step-by-step programme of self-improvement because you have the power to use your sessions with me as you wish.

My interest is working with LGBTQ+ people, but there is no 'gay enough' or 'trans enough' you must be to contact me. You may just have questions about yourself that you want to explore.

I accept that you are who you say you are. I promise never to pathologise your identity or sex life, and I stand strongly against conversion therapy.

We're living in a world that seems to be against us more and more each year. I would like my therapy room to be a safe space for you to bring whatever it is that's bothering you.
