The first time having therapy can be a little apprehensive, but the relaxed atmosphere and tailored sessions, plus all the fidget toys, will help put you at ease. If you find it difficult to talk, there are always video games we can play or pop on some music.
Everybody faces mental well-being challenges in their lives. My commitment to you is:
- to treat you with compassion
- to accept you unconditionally
- to be authentic in my relationship with you
- to work to empower you in working towards your goals
