About the Therapist
I am an integrative Psychotherapist and an accredited clinical member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. In addition, I am also a registered (MBACP) practising member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also working towards a clinical fellowship with The Neuropsychoanalysis Foundation. Â My particular leaning is contemporary and relational psychodynamic practice. I also draw on trauma-informed techniques and existential concepts. I have a longstanding interest in human development and the role of neuroscience in understanding interpersonal interactions.

Training
I completed integrative training in classical and contemporary theory and technique at The Regent's School of Psychotherapy and Psychology, Regent's University London.
My experience
I have worked with adults from a multiplicity of backgrounds with an emphasis on inclusion and diversity. I have also worked with the NHS Health and Care Board, with progressive charities and I have led a neurodiversity research pilot across all NHS Trusts in London. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and receive regular supervision with an experienced and research active UKCP psychoanalytic supervisor.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and an advanced trainee registered member with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). Â I am also working towards a clinical fellowship with The Neuropsychoanalysis Foundation.
