London Gay Body Psychotherapy - LGB
About the Therapist
I offer an affirming, non-judgemental and relational therapy space for LGBTQ+ clients. I understand that living in a world that doesn’t always feel safe or attuned can impact how we relate to ourselves, our bodies and others.
As a Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy trainee, I work with both talking and body-based awareness techniques, including breath, sensation, posture, Biodynamic Massage and nervous system responses. Therapy with me is collaborative and gentle, guided by what feels right for you rather than a fixed agenda. You don’t need to have the “right words”, we can listen together to what your body is already communicating.
I welcome clients exploring identity, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, shame, burnout, or a desire to feel more at home in themselves.

My background spans neuroscience, psychology, human physiology and somatic practice, alongside extensive experience in clinical rehabilitation and performance settings. This allows me to work in a way that is both deeply human and physiologically informed.
My approach is trauma-aware, LGBTQ+-affirming and body-based, drawing from Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy, nervous system regulation and breath-led awareness. Rather than trying to “fix” symptoms, we explore what your system needs to feel safer, more resourced and more alive.
I work slowly and respectfully, supporting you in building regulation, self-trust, and embodied choice, whether you’re working through past experiences or simply wanting a steadier, more connected relationship with yourself.

I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute pre-therapy call. This gives us a chance to meet, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit for you.
If we decide to begin therapy, sessions are offered on a sliding scale from £75 to £150, depending on your income and available resources. I hold this range to make therapy as accessible as possible, while also supporting the sustainability of my work.
I also offer a limited number of bursary or donation-based spaces for those who may need additional financial support. If cost feels like a barrier, you’re very welcome to raise this, and we can explore options together.
