Lou Goodwin
About the Therapist
My therapeutic philosophy centres on the importance of collaboration. I offer a secure environment for exploring, dismantling, rebuilding, and creating a place in the world that aligns with your identity. As a social scientist, I recognise how social constructs can restrict us, and together, we can work to challenge these limitations in a safe space.
