I'm Lucy, a counsellor offering online counselling, and specialise in working with Transgender and LGBTQ clients. I offer a safe and non-judgmental online space where we can build a strong and empathetic therapeutic alliance. Within this we can explore your experiences and the unique issues facing you, without the discrimination and invalidation you may encounter in the world.

I am an out and proud transgender woman, and my mission has always been to offer high quality and accessible counselling to people within the LGBTQ community. I have extensive experience in working with LGBTQ young people, due to my years of experience as a youth worker across the North West.

I offer Integrative and Person-Centred counselling primarily to those within the LGBTQ community, which is informed by my lived experience as a trans woman and years of experience working professionally with LGBTQ charities and services. My lived experience informs my approach to counselling, leading to a greater depth of empathy and compassion with clients.

My standard rate is £35 per 50 minute session. If this price is a barrier to you accessing counselling with me, I am more than happy to offer you a reduced rate that is better suited to you.

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before starting any counselling work. This is an informal chat about your goals and expectations from counselling, as well as for you to get a feel for whether I am the right counsellor for you.

My availability is:
Monday/Tuesday - 10am to 3pm
Wednesday/Thursday - 1pm to 8pm
