About the Therapist
As an counsellor, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore whatever you are carrying. I work gently and without judgement, supporting you through experiences such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship struggles, and identity questions. Together we can make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you. I draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs, always with empathy and care at the centre. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you reconnect with your strength, develop self-acceptance, and move towards a more hopeful and balanced life.
