Magdalena provides psychological therapy and assessment using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

Her gender-care practice provides respectful and affirming support for trans, non-binary and questioning people. This includes gender dysphoria assessments, pre-surgical psychological sign-offs, therapy to explore gender identity and experiences of dysphoria, and psychological support while waiting for NHS gender services.

She aims to provide a warm, safe and confidential environment where clients can explore what matters to them without judgement or pressure. She takes a practical and collaborative approach, working at the client's pace and supporting clients to make informed decisions about their care.

Magdalena is registered with Bupa, allowing eligible clients to access appointments through their private health insurance, subject to their policy terms and authorisation.
