About the Therapist
Finding the right therapist matters. I work with people figuring out identity, couples who've drifted into parallel lives, neurodivergent adults tired of translating themselves, and anyone for whom intimacy or desire has become complicated. You don't need to have already worked yourself out to start, but you do need a space where you don't have to perform first. I offer warm, confidential understanding of where you’re coming from. You can speak openly and be met with genuine care and respect, honouring your whole self, working at your own pace and guided by your own goals.
I work with individuals and couples across a wide range of needs, with specialist experience in gender and sexual identity exploration, racial and cultural identity, neurodivergence, psychosexual therapy, and ethical non-monogamy. My approach is grounded in lived experience and is integrative, balanced and affirming, with gentle challenge where needed.
Together we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, helping you make sense of patterns, navigate life transitions and move towards healing and change. For couples we can strengthen communication, rebuild trust, untangle recurring patterns and navigate conflict, helping you reconnect and build a stronger, more secure bond.

It can feel difficult to start with counselling, so let me start by saying the work we do will be guided by your own choices and needs. You can express these in a confidential space of emotional safety and we can explore what is happening for you and better understand it.
Together we can define and move towards your goals at a pace that suits you and feels safe to you. I work in a way that is affirming and non-judgemental to navigate the questions and challenges that come up for you.
I am an experienced integrative therapist, able to choose and work in a modality best suited to you and your needs. It may be that we use a range of techniques depending on the different concerns you are dealing with. This is always done with your emotional safety at the heart of the process and with respect for your autonomy and individuality.
In our work together, we can gently explore the aspects of your identity - sexual, gendered, cultural, relational and beyond - and how these impact you. We can look at how internalised messages, shame, family expectations and societal pressures may be creating blocks to your well-being and work towards healing, self-acceptance and a way of living that feels authentic and empowering for you.
For couples and relationship partners (whatever the structure) I provide a respectful and balances space to strengthen communication, rebuild trust and navigate challenge together. Whether you are facing conflict, life transitions or simply want to deepen your connection, I support you in creating the kind of relationship that feels secure, loving and aligns with your values.
I have specialist qualifications in couples counselling and working with queer, culturally diverse and neurodiverse communities.
I am also a qualified psychosexual therapist and can use this knowledge and experience to guide our work in a sex positive and kink-friendly way.
