About the Therapist
My journey to psychotherapy began through two decades in military and civil aviation, where I worked across continents and cultures. This international experience - having lived and worked in multiple countries - shaped my understanding of human diversity and resilience. It also sparked my passion for inner healing and transformation.
I bring over a decade of therapeutic experience, including extensive volunteer work with LGBTQ+ charities like London Friend, THT, and a Crisis Café. As a gay therapist myself, I deeply understand the complexities of identity, sexuality, and relationships within our communities. I've also worked extensively with refugees and people from diverse cultural backgrounds, bringing genuine multicultural sensitivity to my practice.
My integrative approach draws from psychoanalytic depth, existential exploration, and humanistic warmth. I've specialized in GSRD therapy with additional training in ACT, DBT, NLP, and solution-focused approaches. I'm especially passionate about supporting clients with body image concerns and addiction (including Chemsex). I am knowledgeable and familiar with BDSM/kink and polyamorous/non-monogamous relationships. Currently, I also lecture on hypnosis and psychoeducation at CIPA counselling school at Tor Vergata University in Rome, focusing on relationships and diversity.
I work with young adults, adults and seniors.
As an Advanced Accredited GSRD Therapist (Pink Therapy), I work with identity and sexuality, gender-fluidity and diversity issues, internalised phobias, anger and lighter forms of verbal aggression, HIV+, HAART, HRT, and Chemsex support.

My therapeutic foundation is integrative psychotherapy, weaving together psychoanalytic insight, existential depth, and humanistic presence. I draw from ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and DBT approaches as needed.
I began as a hypnotherapy practitioner and progressively expanded into integrative counselling, GSRD therapy, NLP, ACT, and DBT. For a decade, I've volunteered as a counsellor at London Friend, and I've facilitated groups at THT and provided crisis support at a Crisis Café, assisting people from all backgrounds during mental health emergencies.
I've co-managed crisis services and teams, designed and delivered psychosocial groups for clients with complex needs, and provided individual clinical support to GSRD communities both in the UK and internationally. For over ten years, I've been lecturing on hypnosis, relationships, and diversity at CIPA counselling school at Tor Vergata University in Rome, keeping my practice informed by both clinical experience and academic engagement.

My standard session fee is £90, with an initial consultation at £60. I believe therapy should be accessible, so I'm happy to discuss fees based on your individual circumstances. Sessions are typically weekly for one hour, with early morning and evening slots available. I work in English, Italian, or German, offering both short-term (often 12 sessions) and open-ended therapy online.
