About the Therapist
I specialise in working with depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the long-term effects of childhood experiences. I also work extensively with questions around sexuality, gender, and identity. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I have a particular commitment to offering an affirmative and non-pathologising space for queer, non-binary, trans and gender-diverse clients. This includes support around coming out, internalised shame, self-esteem, chemsex recovery, and navigating intimacy and desire in diverse relationship structures.
