Matt Willis - Queer & Neurodivergent Therapist
About the Therapist
I believe one of the most important factors of successful therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. So it is important to find someone you feel comfortable with. If we work together my first task is to build a strong therapeutic relationship between us. One which is open, accepting, understanding and honest. Together we can explore all of who you are, integrating all parts of you. I have a special interest in working with those who are struggling with their identity. Particularly those who are exploring neurodivergence, gender, sexuality and their beliefs. I work short term and long term, so whether you want to focus on a particular struggle or want to better understand who you really are. My journey towards becoming a therapist was needing therapy myself. After many therapists (some better than others!) I now know myself better than I could have ever imagined. Knowing how much of a difference therapy has made in my life, I decided to become a therapist to help others.
