I have over 20 years’ experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent people, and young people.
Alongside my therapy practice, I’ve held leadership, training, safeguarding, and consultancy roles, including as a co-CEO, co-founder and designated safeguarding lead of LGBTQIA+ support organisation, Proud2Be. This experience informs my work, particularly where issues of care, responsibility, and systemic pressure are present.
I work online and am insured to work with people from all around the world.
I’m an integrative therapist, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what you need. My work is grounded in person-centred therapy, with influences from inner child work, transactional analysis, relational therapy, and trauma-informed practice.
I prioritise safety, trust, and collaboration. Therapy with me is led by you - we can move gently or more actively, reflectively or practically, depending on what feels right. I’m particularly attentive to power, boundaries, and lived experience, and to creating therapy spaces that feel affirming for trans and neurodivergent clients.

I can also offer in-persons session in Taunton, Somerset.
Additionally, I offer a free 30-minute, no-pressure online consultation. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit before committing to ongoing sessions. It's important that you feel comfortable and confident in your choice of therapist.
