Welcome to Maya’s Safe Space - an affirming, neurodivergent-friendly environment where you can explore your identity, heal from trauma, and reclaim your confidence and authenticity.
Who I Work With
I support adults (18+) who are LGBTQIA+. My specialisms include:
Gender identity and transition support, particularly for trans and non-binary clients
Neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and sensory sensitivities
Mental health challenges such as anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and identity or family tensions
Inner child work, parts-based exploration, transactional analysis, CBT, sand tray therapy, and integrative therapy
I also provide coaching for trans women or anyone exploring gender expression, focusing on practical guidance, confidence-building, self-presentation, relationships, coming out, and navigating life safely
I work exclusively online, and I am currently based in Asia. I am insured to work with clients around the world. My current availability is:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (not evenings UK time due to the time difference).

Coaching: 50 minutes - £50
I provide a free 30-minute intake call for those interested in working with me.
I can also offer in-persons session in Taunton, Somerset.
Additionally, I offer a free 30-minute, no-pressure online consultation. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit before committing to ongoing sessions. It's important that you feel comfortable and confident in your choice of therapist.
