About the Therapist
I offer a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you. Some of the things you may want to bring might feel difficult or uncomfortable to speak about elsewhere—therapy can be a place where those conversations feel more possible.
I work with many LGBTQIA+ clients and provide an affirmative, sex-positive space for people of all genders, sexualities, and relationship styles, including non-monogamy.
Before working in private practice, I worked within an LGBTQIA+ charity supporting individuals and groups around mental health, sexuality, and identity, including those navigating trauma and experiences of domestic or sexual violence.

My approach is integrative and relational, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models—including person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and transpersonal approaches—depending on what feels most helpful for you.
What I can support you with:
- Anxiety, stress, low mood, self-worth or confidence struggles
Relationship and communication difficulties (with partners, family, friends) - Life transitions — e.g. changes in relationships, career, identity or personal growth
- Exploring identity, gender, sexuality or neurodiversity in a safe, supportive space
- Intimacy, sexual desire concerns, mismatched sexual needs or libido between partners
- Sexual function concerns such as erection problems, pre mature or delayed ejaculation, vaginismus, or difficulties with orgasm
- Challenges with sexual identity, orientation, non-traditional relationship structures, consent or boundaries
- Past trauma, shame, body-image, or emotional difficulties affecting sexual wellbeing or intimacy
- Building healthier intimacy, connection, communication, and emotional safety in relationships
I aim to offer a space where you can bring all parts of yourself, including aspects that may feel confusing, vulnerable, or hard to put into words. This includes talking openly about sex and relationships in a way that feels safe and without judgement.
I also hold in mind the wider social and cultural context we live in, including the impact of stigma, marginalisation, and identity on mental health and wellbeing.
Sessions are led by you—whether you come with something specific or aren’t quite sure where to begin, we can take the time to explore things together.

My fees are £85/session. I offer a free 15-20 minute initial call, which is an opportunity for us to talk more about what has brought you to counselling and to see if it feels like a good fit. I offer a limited amount of concessionary rates for those who may struggle to access therapy otherwise. This pricing is something we can discuss together during our initial session.I currently have space available for both in person and online sessions available on weekdays.
